Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with okpl

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "okpl" or "the Platform" refers to the online betting and casino service operated at okpl.io and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and APIs.
• "You" or "the Player" refers to any individual who registers an account on or otherwise accesses the okpl platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player to access the Platform's services.
• "Real-Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player and held in the Account for wagering purposes.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits awarded by okpl subject to wagering requirements prior to withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it becomes withdrawable as real funds.
• "KYC" stands for Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawal processing.
• "Game Provider" refers to third-party software studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe whose certified games are made available on the Platform.
• "BDT" or "৳" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which account balances and transaction limits are denominated on okpl.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. These Terms are written in English; in the event of any translation, the English version prevails.

To register an account and use the okpl platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. okpl strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction and will request documentary proof of age as part of the KYC process.
• You are registering for personal, recreational purposes only and not on behalf of a third party or in a professional capacity that violates these Terms.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of okpl or any affiliated Game Provider.
• You have not previously had an account on okpl that was suspended, closed, or terminated for violation of these Terms.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and email address. You agree to keep this information up to date. okpl reserves the right to require verification of any information provided at any time, including before processing a deposit, withdrawal, or bonus claim.

okpl reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for refusal.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. okpl will never ask you to disclose your password by email, live chat, or any other channel. You must not share your account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

You agree to notify okpl immediately via live chat or email at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if you believe your credentials have been compromised. Until such notification is received, okpl shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account.

• You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account whether or not you personally performed the actions in question.
• You must use a strong, unique password for your okpl account and enable two-factor authentication where available.
• You must not access the Platform from a shared or public device where your credentials may be stored or viewed by others.
• You must not use automated scripts, bots, macros, or any other software tool to interact with the Platform outside of a standard web browser or the official okpl mobile interface.

okpl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional methods may be added or removed at okpl's discretion; the current list of active payment options is displayed on the Platform's cashier page at all times.

Deposits: Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts apply per method as displayed in the cashier. okpl does not charge any fee for deposits; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply its own transaction charges. All deposited funds must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal may be requested.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC identity verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit wherever technically possible.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction are displayed in the cashier and may vary by payment method.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is same-day for requests received before the daily processing cutoff of 20:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Requests received after this cutoff are processed on the following business day.
• okpl reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000 or for accounts flagged by its fraud detection systems.

okpl is not responsible for any delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal receipt caused by the payment provider's own processing times, system outages, or maintenance windows. In the event of a disputed transaction, you must raise the matter with okpl's support team within 14 days of the transaction date.

okpl offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible registered players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, live casino cashback, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and T20 World Cup fixtures. All promotions are subject to the individual promotion terms published alongside each offer, which supplement and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

The following general bonus rules apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above who have a fully verified account in good standing.
• Only one bonus may be active in a player's account at any time unless the promotion terms specifically permit simultaneous use of multiple bonuses.
• Bonus funds are held separately from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used first in all wagering unless the active promotion states a different order of play.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any portion of a bonus balance or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering on certain game categories — including but not limited to live dealer tables, certain slot titles, and virtual sports — may be excluded from or contribute at a reduced rate toward bonus rollover completion. The applicable game weighting list is published on the Promotions page.
• Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the time limit stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonus balances are forfeited without compensation.
• okpl reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of modification retain their existing bonus under the terms applicable at the time of opt-in.

By placing a bet or participating in any casino game on the okpl platform, you acknowledge and accept the following general rules governing all gaming activity:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or refunded after confirmation except in circumstances expressly described in the specific game rules for the relevant product.
• okpl reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds or on an incorrectly listed market due to manifest error, system fault, or data feed failure. Players will be notified of any voided bets and their stake will be returned to their real-money balance.
• For sports betting, okpl uses odds supplied by professional odds compilers. Live in-play odds are subject to change until the bet is formally accepted by the system. A bet is not accepted until you receive an on-screen confirmation reference number.
• All casino games are supplied by certified third-party Game Providers. The outcome of each game round is determined by the Game Provider's independently audited random number generator (RNG). okpl has no ability to influence game outcomes.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the game engine will complete the round according to its standard logic. The result will be recorded and settled accordingly. okpl is not responsible for losses arising from connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all sports markets and casino games. Players who attempt to circumvent maximum bet limits through splitting bets across multiple accounts or using third-party agents will have their activity voided.

For specific rules governing individual sports betting markets, live dealer game formats, slots, and virtual sports, please refer to the dedicated Rules sections within each game or betting product on the Platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okpl platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be referred to the appropriate authorities where applicable:

• Multi-accounting: Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one registered account on okpl, whether under the same or different identities.
• Fraud and identity theft: Providing false personal information, using another person's identity or payment method, or impersonating any individual or entity.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, layer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities. okpl cooperates fully with relevant authorities in the investigation of suspected money laundering.
• Match fixing and insider information: Placing bets using information that is not publicly available, or participating in any arrangement to fix, manipulate, or influence the outcome of a sporting event or casino game.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the Platform without human intervention.
• Collusion: Communicating with other players during live casino game rounds to gain an unfair advantage, or participating in any coordinated betting strategy designed to exploit the Platform.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, reversal, or dispute with your payment provider for deposits made to okpl. Any chargeback will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation. Confirmed fraudulent chargebacks will be pursued through legal channels.
• Platform interference: Attempting to access, modify, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Platform's software, servers, databases, or security systems by any means.

All content on the okpl platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, odds data, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of okpl or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from okpl.
• Use the okpl brand name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context or in any manner that implies endorsement without express written authorisation.
• Scrape, crawl, frame, or mirror any part of the Platform for any purpose including data aggregation, odds comparison, or competitive intelligence.
• Decompile, disassemble, or reverse-engineer any software component of the Platform.

Any intellectual property rights belonging to third-party Game Providers (including game titles, artwork, and mechanics) remain the exclusive property of those providers. Your use of their games on the Platform does not grant you any rights over their intellectual property.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okpl's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

okpl expressly excludes liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of the Platform.
• Losses caused by interruptions, delays, errors, or unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, or events outside okpl's reasonable control including natural disasters, acts of government, telecommunications failures, and cyber-attacks.
• Losses arising from reliance on information published on the Platform that contains typographical errors, pricing errors, or manifest inaccuracies — such information will be corrected upon discovery and affected transactions may be voided.
• Any loss arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from account suspension following a breach.
• The acts or omissions of any third-party payment provider, Game Provider, or other third party whose services are made available on or through the Platform.

Gambling involves financial risk. By using the okpl platform you accept that you may lose money wagered, and you confirm that any funds deposited and wagered are funds you can afford to lose. okpl is not liable for gambling losses incurred in the normal course of using the Platform.

okpl is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform makes the following tools available to all registered players free of charge and without restriction:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on the total amount you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 7-day cooling period when increased.
• Session time alerts: Configure session duration reminders that notify you when you have been playing continuously for a specified length of time.
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

The Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. If you believe a minor may have accessed the Platform using your account or device, contact [email protected] immediately. You agree to take reasonable steps to prevent minors from accessing your account or the Platform through your devices.

The amended Terms will take effect 7 days after the notice date for existing players, or immediately upon first use of the Platform for new registrations after the amendment date.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact [email protected] to request account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.

Account Closure by You: You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting the okpl support team via live chat or email. Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled and any withdrawable balance will be processed to your verified payment method. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Account Closure by okpl: okpl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• okpl has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity misrepresentation.
• A player has been identified as a minor or has failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to okpl.
• okpl ceases to offer services in the player's jurisdiction.

In the event of account closure initiated by okpl for reasons other than a player breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 10 business days. Balances subject to active investigations may be held pending resolution.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which okpl is incorporated as an offshore operator. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of Bangladesh.

Dispute Resolution Process: In the event of a dispute regarding your account, a bet outcome, a transaction, or the application of these Terms, you agree to follow the procedure below before pursuing any formal legal remedy:

• Step 1 — Informal Resolution: Contact the okpl customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected], providing full details of the dispute. Support will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 5 business days.
• Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If Step 1 does not produce a satisfactory resolution, submit a formal written complaint to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint". A senior member of the okpl team will review the matter and provide a final written decision within 14 business days.
• Step 3 — External Resolution: If you remain unsatisfied following Step 2, you may seek external dispute resolution through any applicable dispute resolution body available in your jurisdiction, or pursue your legal rights through the courts.

Any claim arising under these Terms must be brought within 12 months of the date on which the claimant became aware (or should reasonably have become aware) of the facts giving rise to the claim. Claims brought outside this limitation period are barred.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or competent authority to be invalid, unenforceable, or illegal, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of okpl to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and okpl with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
